Use of Online Store and Purchases

By purchasing products or services through the PDQ Car Wash online store, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final and non-refundable. You are responsible for reviewing your order details, including product descriptions, quantities, and pricing, prior to completing your purchase. PDQ Car Wash reserves the right to update product availability, pricing, and descriptions at any time without prior notice. Any promotional offers or discounts are subject to specific terms and may be modified or discontinued at the discretion of PDQ Car Wash. In the event of a pricing or product error, PDQ Car Wash reserves the right to cancel or adjust orders accordingly.

PDQ CLEAN FREQ Car Wash Membership Terms of Service 

Membership Subscription 

By subscribing to a Clean FREQ Membership at PDQ Car Wash, you authorize PDQ Car Wash to automatically charge your credit card each month on the anniversary date of your initial purchase. This subscription will continue until you cancel it by submitting a request online at pdqcarwash.com, providing notice at least seven days prior to your next billing date. No refunds or credits are available for partial periods.   

SMS and Email Communications 

As a Clean FREQ Member at PDQ Car Wash, you may opt in to receive promotional alerts, updates, and important communications via SMS and email. By opting in, you consent to receive automated messages to the phone number and email address you provided. Frequency of messages may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by sending "STOP" to the short code for SMS or following the unsubscribe link in emails. 

Privacy Policy 

PDQ Car Wash is committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information such as your phone number, email, full name, address, and vehicle description will be used strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy to administer services. It will not be shared, sold, or used for any other purposes. 

Changes and Cancellations 

Clean FREQ Members at PDQ Car Wash can manage their membership online to discontinue, pause, change plans, and update payment information. Requests to cancel or modify memberships must be made with sufficient notice as outlined above. PDQ Car Wash reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel memberships at any time. The Clean FREQ membership will be cancelled if the monthly charge is declined by the credit card processing system. Monthly rates may change with notice posted at least 30 days in advance. 

Terms and Conditions 

Clean FREQ Memberships at PDQ Car Wash are for ONE vehicle only and is valid during normal business hours. PDQ Car Wash reserves the right to close or modify hours due to weather, equipment maintenance, or special events. No refunds, adjustments, or credits will be issued for these times.  PDQ Car Wash will not be held responsible for any pre-existing vehicle conditions. Rates and terms are subject to change. We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time.
